Comedy Mastermind is an AI comedy coach built from Scott Dikkers' complete body of work — his books, courses, speeches, and decades of teaching. It helps you brainstorm ideas, improve jokes, get feedback on your writing, and build a comedy career.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
Comedy Mastermind is trained exclusively on Scott Dikkers' frameworks and philosophy. It uses his specific terminology, his 11 Funny Filters, and his approach to comedy craft — not generic AI responses.
Will it write jokes for me?
It can generate raw material, but its real value is making your comedy better. It's a coach, not a ghostwriter. The goal is to develop your judgment and voice.
Can I save my conversations?
Yes — your conversations are automatically saved and can be renamed and revisited anytime from the Conversation History menu. For best results, start a new conversation when switching to a new topic or project.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from the Subscription screen in this menu. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

This Privacy Policy describes how Comedy Mastermind, operated by Scott Dikkers, Inc., collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our application and website at comedymastermind.com. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect your email address and encrypted password when you create an account. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store your credit card details. We store your conversation history to provide the history feature. We collect basic usage data including session dates and message counts. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, process payments, display conversation history, enforce usage limits, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, and improve the Service.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement reasonable security measures, but no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
5. AI-Generated Content
Comedy Mastermind uses Claude, an AI by Anthropic, PBC. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their use of this data (anthropic.com/privacy). AI responses are for creative and educational purposes only and are provided without warranty.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. If you cancel, data is retained for 90 days before deletion. Lifetime subscribers' data is retained indefinitely. You may request deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, export your conversation history, and opt out of non-transactional communications. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
8. Children's Privacy
Comedy Mastermind is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/auth), Anthropic (AI), and Render (hosting). Each has its own privacy policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.

Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms
By using Comedy Mastermind at comedymastermind.com, you agree to these Terms. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Scott Dikkers, Inc.
2. The Service
Comedy Mastermind is an AI-powered comedy coaching application for creative and educational purposes. AI responses are creative tools, not professional advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access. Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed automatically each period. Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time charge. You may cancel anytime through Account Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided. Contact [email protected] within 30 days of a charge you believe was made in error.
6. Free Tier After Trial
After your trial expires without subscribing, you may continue using the Service with a limit of 3 AI responses per day, resetting at midnight.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal or harmful content, circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the Service, use it for unauthorized commercial purposes, impersonate others, or violate any applicable laws.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and Scott Dikkers' comedy methodologies embodied within it are the property of Scott Dikkers, Inc. You retain ownership of comedy content you create. AI-generated content is provided as a creative tool without warranty of originality.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Comedy Mastermind is a creative tool, not professional advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
Scott Dikkers, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding any claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Minnesota, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
